HEALING THE HEART
Influencing Healthcare is an organization dedicated to improving communications in healthcare with the goal of building collaborative medical cultures. We can help providers connect with their patients and partner with them for improved health. We build teams of providers that can make decisions to which they are committed and for which they are accountable. We help providers build capacity in others, enhance collaborative skills and become the leaders that will influence the future of healthcare. Using the checklist below, you can explore some of the most common needs facing our clients.
COACHING RETURN ON
There are a few simple guidelines, which will help you make performance reviews a rewarding experience for the receiver and performer of the review. Your role as the one performing the review should be one of a coach or steward rather than a judge. Establish a coaching atmosphere by making the experience a collaborative one. Incorporate what you have learned from Crucial Conversations training.
Influencing Healthcare has an extensive repertoire of career and leadership development skills which allows them to successfully coach a wide range of individuals. As a whole, this has improved our team performance and working environment. Our investment has paid tremendous dividends.
